3+1 Agreements
Slippery Rock University has affiliations with several community colleges to provide a guided pathway for graduates of Associate Degree nursing programs to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. These agreements allow students to take a total of 90 credits at a community college that will transfer seamlessly and affordably into the RN to BSN program at SRU. The transfer agreements provide details on the courses to take at each community college. Following the plan ensures that courses taken at the community college transfer to SRU and are applied toward the BSN degree. SRU has formal 3 + 1 agreements with the following institutions:

Traditional Articulation Agreements
Slippery Rock University partners with several nursing programs to provide a guided pathway for graduates of accredited nursing programs to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. These partnerships allow for a seamless and affordable transition from nursing programs into the RN to BSN program by transferring all qualifying college and program credits toward BSN degree completion. SRU has formal transfer agreements with the following institutions:

Tuition Discount Partnerships
Slippery Rock University is committed to providing quality education at an affordable cost. With this in mind, SRU has partnered with local health systems to provide tuition discounts to RNs who enroll in the RN to BSN program at SRU. A 10% discount on tuition and fees will be given to students enrolled in the RN to BSN program who are currently employed at least part-time by the following health systems*:
