The Office of Campus Climate and Culture strives to create an inclusive and supportive campus environment through comprehensive policy assessment, campus engagement, compliance, and training and professional development initiatives tailored to the unique needs of our campus community. 

The office also ensures compliance with relevant policies and regulations, promoting a culture of accountability with programming designed to recognize and value the range of human differences. 

The office strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where the SRU community can fully participate in fostering a sense of connection and mutual respect within the campus environment.
