The Office of Campus Climate & Culture works collaboratively with offices across campus to support a sense of community connection and mutual respect while offering guidance on the policies and procedures that promote a culture of accountability.

  • Gender Studies: Gender is political. It's cultural. It's complex. Whether we recognize it or not, we experience, reinforce and disrupt social expectations about masculinity, femininity, sex, sexuality, and sexual identities every day. 
  • Faculty Search Procedures: Supporting fair hiring practices with workshops for search committees. 
  • Faculty Promotion: Consultative sessions from Campus Climate and Culture staff to assist with the promotion process. 
  • Department Bylaws: Consultative guidance on developing and updating bylaws for academic departments.

  • Guest Lectures from Campus Climate and Culture staff are available to strengthen commitments and raise awareness with offices and departments across campus regarding climate and cultural issues.

  • Power of Stories: Storytelling sessions that highlight multifaceted lived experiences. 
  • Alumni Digest Speakers: Alumni sharing their journeys and achievements. 
  • Affinity Month Speakers and Engagement: Events and speakers celebrating various affinity months. 

Ancillary Organizations
