Multicultural Programming
Mitchell, born in Philadelphia, raised in Pittsburgh, is excited to be working this year in OIE as the Graduate Assistant for Multicultural Programming. An IUP alum, Mitchell is overjoyed to be here at The Rock to pursue his Master of Arts degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education.
As the Graduate Assistant for Multicultural Programming, Mitchell helps to plan and facilitate events that celebrate the diverse population of our campus and nation. This includes highlighting the cultural heritage months, overseeing the students that run our Diversity Dialogue program, and facilitating the outreach we do through our Black Male Initiative program. Mitchell door is always open to those who like to come by and talk.
In his free time, Mitchell enjoys watching movie, listening to music, playing board games or card games, and hanging with friends, fraternity brothers and loved ones.

Jordin Noll

Student Transitions Programs
Jordin is working towards her Master of Education in School Counseling. She has a passion for advocating for students of all ages and is open to working with any age group. She is currently completing her internship at an upper elementary school.
As the Student Transitions graduate assistant, she primarily oversees the Jump Start program. This role includes planning and implementing Jump Start week, organizing monthly transition series, and coordinating social events. In addition to Jump Start, she works on other diversity programming such as Multicultural Graduation Celebration. Jordin has found the most special and fulfilling element of this position is getting to know the students and being a part of their transition to college.
In her free time, Jordin enjoys exercising through spin classes and lifting, reading, spending time with friends and family, and dreaming about future travel plans

Michaela Quiggle

Bonner Program
Michaela is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Promotion and Wellness. She is passionate about advocating for public health, particularly in the areas of food insecurity, health equity, and community engagement.
As the Bonner Leader Program Graduate Assistant, Michaela oversees two Bonner Interns and manages day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the program. She coordinates training sessions, organizes professional speaker events, and leads Bonner Leadership Team Meetings. Michaela plays a pivotal role in planning and executing key annual events, including the Presentation of Learning and the Angel Tree Program, which supports approximately 70 children in Butler County with holiday gifts. She is deeply committed to fostering a culture of service and leadership within the campus community.
In her free time, Michaela enjoys reading, concerts, amusement parks, and spending time with her family and friends.

Mason Reisz

Multicultural Student Organizations
Mason is working towards a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I hope in the future to be able to work with and empower adolescents through counseling.
As the graduate student for Multicultural Student Organizations, he oversees the eleven different multicultural student organizations that fall under OIE. This role includes helping different organizations with creating and planning events, promoting each club's events to the university, and working with the graduate assistant of Multicultural Programming when planning for the different cultural months. Mason has loved the opportunity to meet new students and to learn about the different cultures from student events.
In his free time, Mason likes to spend time with friends, play hockey, and enjoy nature.

Kayla Witzke

Women's & Pride Centers
Kayla is in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and is pursuing a career as an LPC working with individuals with trauma in the LGBTQ Community. She is also doing a work certificate in Animal Assisted Interventions to be qualified to utilize therapy animals.
Kayla is the GA for the Women's and Pride Centers where she oversees programming and outreach for them. Her role includes collaborating with other organizations on and off campus, educating and working with diverse populations, and coordinating the center's social media. She also helps with the Jump Start program and supervises a group of mentees. Kayla loves connecting with the students and being able to make such a welcoming and inclusive environment for them.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys weightlifting, playing video games, hanging out with her friends and family, and spending time with her cat and fish.
