Women's Leadership Programs

The Women's Center provides a variety of opportunities to encourage the empowerment of our female students through helping them to acquire and develop leadership skills.

startsmart Workshop

This 3-hour workshop teaches young women how to determine what employers are paying for the job desired after graduation and provides the skills necessary to negotiate for an equitable salary. Click here for more information.

Educational Workshops

Each semester we partner with other on-campus and community experts to organize workshops and outreach events addressing a variety of different topics (i.e. Consent 101, What About the Women: Unfinished Business of the Constitution, Dating Violence: Break the Cycle, Rock Your Power, etc.). Please contact us for more information about scheduling one of our existing programs or about creating a program that is designed to meet more specific needs.
