The goals of the Cognos BI Portal are:
- To empower administrators, department chairpersons, program directors, faculty advisors, and student affairs professionals to retrieve and explore data on student enrollment;
- To promote an understanding for the common terminology and processes that encompass a student’s application to, registration at, and graduation from SRU;
- To conduct its affairs in an open environment which values transparency and access to information; and
- To further engage faculty and staff across the campus in the core business of the University, that is the recruitment, education, and success of lifelong learners.
