Galbraith serves on NASA internship review panel

Diane Galbraith, a Slippery Rock University professor of management and marketing, recently served as a member of the Expert Review Panel for the NASA Internships Program Evaluation. The program, organized by NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement, offers paid internships allow high school and college-level students to contribute to agency projects under the guidance of a NASA mentor.

As a panelist, Galbraith reviewed the goals for the program and its strategic plan to recruit and hire interns, specifically underrepresented students. The panelists provided input and direction to help guide the program based on panelists’ experience in the field as internship coordinators.
