Peiritsch named president of New York State Communication Association

Allison Peiritsch, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of strategic communication and media, recently began a one-year term as president of the New York State Communication Association. In Peiritsch's previous post, she served as vice president and conference planner, and she managed NYSCA's 80th annual conference, themed "Junctures: Celebrating 80 Years of New York State Communication," Oct. 14-16, in Callicoon, New York.
