Eisenreich receives fellowship from Little Kids Rock

Cassandra Eisenreich, a Slippery Rock University assistant professor of music, was awarded the Modern Band Higher Education Fellowship by Little Kids Rock, a nonprofit organization that supports music education across the U.S.

Through the MBHEF, Eisenreich will receive instruction to incorporate modern band pedagogies into music teacher education programs, as well as resources that include curricular materials, access to LKR's educator network and donated modern band instruments, including guitars, basses, keyboards, drums and tech equipment.
