Oliveira named director at University of Kansas

Kristopher Oliveira, a 2015 Slippery Rock University graduate with a degree in psychology, was named director of the Center for Sexuality & Gender Diversity at the University of Kansas. 

The center “builds an inclusive campus community by providing social justice-based education, resources, programming and support for students, staff and faculty across the spectrums of gender and sexuality.” 

Oliveira was previously a sociology instructor at the University of South Florida, where he is a doctoral degree candidate. He also earned a master’s degree in higher education administration from St. Cloud State University.
