SRU education professors co-author chapter in ‘World of Children’

Three Slippery Rock University education professors co-authored a chapter in the book, "World of Children: Perceptions and Connections in Sustainability with Reflections during the Pandemic," which was published this summer by Linton Atlantic Books.

Michelle Amodei, associate professor of elementary education and early childhood; Sara Tours, assistant professor of elementary education and early childhood; and Laura Strong, instructor of elementary education and early childhood, co-wrote a chapter titled "Systems Surrounding the Young Child: Early Childhood Education and Care in Spain and Finland."

The book provides readers with reviews of the provisions for children, according to health, education, safety and general well-being, from 20 different countries. The book available for purchase on Amazon.
