Yackovich named top shooter at National Guard competition

Senior Airman Nicholas Yackovich, a 2019 Slippery Rock University graduate with a degree in criminology and criminal justice, was named the top shooter at the Governor's Twenty marksmanship competition earlier this summer at the Fort Indiantown Gap Warrior Training Grounds. 

Yackovich was one of 70 Pennsylvania National Guard soldiers and airman to compete in a variety of courses, distances and positions for rifle and pistol marksmanship. He received an embroidered Governor's Twenty tab and a certificate for winning the event.
