SRU alumnus to appear on "Wheel of Fortune"

Jason Johnson, a 2011 Slippery Rock University graduate with a degree in health and physical education, is a contestant on today's episode of the television game show "Wheel of Fortune."

The show will air at either 7 p.m. or 7:30 p.m., depending on your local television listing. In the Pittsburgh area, "Wheel of Fortune" will air at 7:30 p.m. on NBC affiliate WPXI.

Johnson, who is a physical education teacher in the Girard School District, applied to appear on the program during a "Wheelmobile" event in Cleveland last spring.
