Yamamoto publishes article about safe teen drivers

Junko Yamamoto, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of secondary education and foundations of education, recently wrote an article that was published in the Kappa Delta Pi Record, a peer-reviewed journal for education professionals.

Yamamoto's article, "Teen Drivers: How Schools Can Keep Them Off the Phone," was published in Volume 54, Issue 3, and suggests how schools can offer a safe driving curriculum, involve parents and partner with a hospital to lessen the likelihood of mobile phone use while driving.
