Shah Limon, a Slippery Rock University assistant professor of physics, recently wrote a research paper about flexible hybrid electronics reliability that was published in the Journal of Electronic Packaging, a publication of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
In Limon’s paper, titled “Reliability Evaluation of Flexible Hybrid Electronics Systems Considering Degradation Behavior Under Multi-Stress Operating Conditions,” he proposed predictive framework and modeling to measure the durability of electronics.
Limon was also recently selected to the editorial board for the International Journal of Reliability & Safety by Inderscience Publishers. IJRS is a peer-reviewed journal that helps engineers, applied scientists, educators and policymakers share information in the areas of reliability and safety.
