Cooke’s article about humor published by ATRA

Colleen Cooke, a Slippery Rock University professor of parks, conservation and recreational therapy, wrote an article that was published in the American Therapeutic Recreation Association's newsletter.
Cooke's articles, titled "The Importance of Levity in Troubling Times," focused on the use of humor to aid people's coping with stress related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the changes in people's daily lives.
The ATRA is only national membership organization representing the interests and needs of recreational therapists. ATRA has more than 2,200 members.
