Petray serves as a guest on two linguistics podcasts

Marnie Jo Petray, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of modern languages and cultures, was recently interviewed for two podcasts about a book she co-edited, “Linguistic Discrimination in U.S. Higher Education.” Petray was interviewed for The Vocal Fries Pod, an Arizona-based podcast about linguistic discrimination, for an episode titled “Standardized Language Ideology." She was also interviewed for Because Language, an Australian-based podcast about linguistics, the science of language, released, for an episode titled “Higher Ed Discrimination.”
