Bicehouse and Mild co-author article for AAEE handbook

Vaughn Bicehouse and Toni Mild, Slippery Rock University assistant professors of special education, co-authored an article that will be published in the American Association for Employment in Education's "2020 Job Search Handbook for Educators."

Bicehouse and Mild's article, "Embroidering a Blueprint for Generation Z Pre-Service Teachers in Today's Job Hunt," addresses changing teaching methods, how teachers must construct lesson plans that are more interactive and engaging for students, and how teachers must demonstrate this mastery in job interviews.

The book is an 80-page resource for pre-service educators, recent graduates and others interested in PK-12 teaching careers, published by the AAEE, a non-profit organization that provides career development resources and opportunities for educators.
