O’Connor serves as consultant for book about literary journals

Mark O’Connor, a Slippery Rock University associate professor of English and adviser for SLAB, the literary magazine at SRU, recently served as a consultant for a new book about undergraduate literary journals. The book, titled “Creating an Undergraduate Literary Journal: A Production Guide for Students and Faculty,” was authored by Audrey Colombe, associate professor of English at the University of Houston.

An edition of SLAB is featured on the book cover alongside undergraduate literary magazines, such as those from the State University of New York and Yale University.
