DeAngelis named president and GM of Winston-Salem Dash

Brian DeAngelis, a 2012 Slippery Rock University graduate with a degree in sport management, was recently named president and general manager of the Winston-Salem Dash, a minor league baseball team in North Carolina. In this role, DeAngelis oversees all team operations, from negotiating player contracts to scheduling promotion events to increase attendance.

DeAngelis was previously the senior vice president of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, and throughout his career, he has guided minor league teams to industry-leading results, according to the team’s news release.
