The Rocket earns Gold Medalist Critique from CSPA

The Rocket, the independent student-run newspaper at Slippery Rock University, won a Gold Medalist Critique Certificate from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association.

Available to all CSPA members, the Medalist Critique is an evaluation of student-run newspapers, magazines, yearbooks and online media by the CSPA's adviser-judges. Gold Medalist are awarded to student-run media that achieve a score of at least 800 out of 1,000 points. The Rocket earned 923 points in an evaluation of its print and digital versions.
