Fleegle named executive director at Las Ventanas

Doug Fleegle, a 1989 Slippery Rock University with a degree in community health, was named the executive director of Las Ventanas, a continuing care active-adult community in Summerlin, Nevada.

In his new role, Fleegle is responsible for leading the operations of Las Ventanas, which has been recognized as a top assisted living, continuing care and memory care facility, providing for people with memory loss and Alzheimer's disease.

Previously, Fleegle worked as executive director of Village on the Green, a continuing care retirement community in Longwood, Florida, from 2016-19.
