Merhaut serves as panelist for SRU-hosted education event

Joe Merhaut, an SRU associate professor of special education, was a panelist for a virtual event, Jan. 28, titled “How Prepared are Students for the World after High School,” that addressed diversity issues in education. The event, hosted by SRU’s College of Education, was designed to meet the needs of education professionals, including counselors, administrators, teachers and college professors. The event provided attendees in-service and staff development programs, as well as continuing education credits. Keith Dils, dean of SRU’s College of Education, served as co-moderator.
