Mother Nature puckered up and gave the area winter's first "kiss" as snow fell across the Slippery Rock University campus the evening of Nov. 15. The snow, coupled with the day-long freezing drizzle that preceded it, caused the University to cancel evening classes Nov. 15 and begin Nov. 16 on a two-hour delay. Can someone share with the Creatress that we've got more than a month to go until winter officially arrives?
