A portion of Harmony Road was closed today, Nov. 1, around 9:15 a.m. to accommodate the arrival and departure of three U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopters at Slippery Rock University's football practice field. The helicopters were transporting Army ROTC cadets from the University to Camp Garfield in Ohio for their fall field training exercises.
