Slippery Rock University celebrated its annual Homecoming weekend, Oct. 20-21, under the theme of "Haunted Homecoming," with it being so close to Halloween this year. Campus activities included the parade, tailgate parties and football game, which saw SRU defeat California, 42-21. This year's Homecoming royalty, announced at halftime of the game based on a campuswide vote of students, was Ian Phelps and Angelica Gyan.
