U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, from Pennsylvania's 16th congressional district, and two representatives from his office visited Slippery Rock University, Oct. 13. Kelly; Tim Butler, chief of staff; and Jill Burke, district director, met with administrators from SRU and the SRU Foundation, Inc., and toured the site of a future building for SRU's U.S. Army ROTC program and the University Police Department. The building project is partially funded by Pennsylvania's Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program.
