Slippery Rock University's Student Health Services hosted a free flu vaccine clinic for all students today, Sept. 17. Due to social distancing guidelines as a result of the pandemic, the clinic was staged in tents located in the Alumni House parking lot along Campus Drive. Vaccines were available on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive a flu shot, students must have not been sick, must have worn a face mask and must have presented their student ID. Another clinic will occur when SHS receives its next shipment of vaccine. Students will receive an email regarding the scheduling of that clinic.
