Jeff Smith, chair of the Slippery Rock University council of trustees and president of the Pennsylvania Association Council of Trustees hosted a PACT Western Regional Meeting Sept. 10 at SRU's Smith Student Center. Trustees from SRU, Edinboro, California, Clarion and Indiana universities attended the meeting to discuss issues pertaining to their respective institutions.
