The reconstruction of Miller Auditorium, part of Slippery Rock University's larger Performing Arts Center project, has made great strides during the past two weeks as construction contractors began placing structural steel beams. Upon completion, Miller Auditorium will feature: a 753-seat performance space; two dance studios; an orchestra pit; a scene shop and new loading dock. It is targeted for completion by May 2020.
