The Slippery Rock University women’s soccer team continued its Costa Rican trip Aug. 6 with a community service project in the city of San Jose, conducting a soccer clinic for students at the Pacifica Fernandez School. The group then took part in a walking tour of the city, visiting the national museum, legislative assembly and a national park. Later that evening, the team took part in an exhibition game – otherwise known as friendly - battling Moravia to a 0-0 tie.
