Slippery Rock University conferred 276 master's degrees, including those from SRU's inaugural Physician Assistants program; while hooding 53 doctoral candidates at the May 11 graduate student commencement ceremony at Morrow Field House. The event was the first of three, as nearly 1,400 baccalaureate degrees will be awarded at two ceremonies May 12. Undergraduates in the College of Health, Environment and Science and the College of Liberal Arts will graduate at 10 a.m., while undergraduates in the College of Business and the College of Education will graduate at 2 p.m. Additional photos from the graduate ceremony are available at the University's photo gallery and digital archive.
