A contingent of Slippery Rock University students stayed "Up 'til 2" April 14 at the Aebersold Recreation Center to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The event, hosted by the St. Jude Up 'til 2 student organization at SRU, raised more than $23,695 for Memphis, Tennessee-based St. Jude, which annually treats more than 8,000 children suffering from childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The 5 1/2-hour program included games, prizes, food and music and featured teams of 4 to 12 students competing in hourly activities and challenges in support of St. Jude patients.Images by Katie Domaracki, a sophomore communication integrated marketing major from Selinsgrove.
