Slippery Rock University's President's Commission on Gender Identity, Expression and Sexual Orientation hosted its Night Out 2022, April 14, at the Smith Student Center Ballroom, as GIESO recognized the achievements of graduating seniors and presented the "Breaking the Silence" and Student Leadership awards. There was also entertainment and Rep. Brian Sims, of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, was the distinguished guest speaker.
