For many students, Feb. 14 proved to be a sweetheart of a day as Slippery Rock University's University Program Board hosted a Valentine's Day event in the Smith Student Center ballroom. Not only was there a chocolate fountain to satisfy one's sweet tooth but an opportunity to create a furry friend to heap affection on through stuff-a-plush and even a kissing booth featuring living, breathing and four-legged furry friends. UPB is a student-run organization that schedules concerts and other entertainment offerings on campus.
