Black Faculty and Staff Association

The mission of the Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) is to provide leadership, educational programs, and resources that enrich the SRU community perspective of diversity, as well as, make evidence-based recommendations to SRU administration that voice and advance issues affecting African American administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Our vision is to Develop and sustain a culturally-aware and inclusive Slippery Rock University community especially as it relates to the minority population of black faculty, staff, and students.

The association is open to any faculty, staff, or administrator at SRU who supports our mission and vision.
