Printing Services

Mission

Provide economical high quality copying, duplicating, signage, bindery, and scanning to the campus community for all university-related purposes. Printing Services exists to support the educational objectives of the university and to enhance the instructional image through quality publications and signage. Printing Services adheres to copyright laws, the University's Policy of Publication Services, standardization of University letterhead, and all quality requirements for materials being produced.

Slippery Rock University Printing Services is equipped to handle duplication of materials up to 12" x 18" in size, and signage up to 4' x 24' in size.

All projects must have the approval of a cost center manager, who is accountable for the finished project, and the publications manager or director in Public Relations. See Publications Guidelines.

For the start of the Fall Semester please have your large orders in by August 10th or we cannot guarantee your finished product for the start of the semester.

For the start of the Spring Semester please have your large orders in by January 3rd or we cannot guarantee your finished product for the start of the semester.

Normal completion times are approximately 2 weeks, but we will work with you to meet your deadlines.

The services of this department are limited to activities that are affiliated with the university. We will print for non-profit outside organizations as our schedule allows. We cannot print for personal projects, outside organizations or businesses which are for-profit.
