Ahuja presents e-cigarette research at public health conference

Nikhil Ahuja, a Slippery Rock University assistant professor of public health and social work, presented research about e-cigarettes at the American Public Health Association 2021 Annual Meeting and Expo.

Ahuja’s virtual presentation, titled “Factors Associated with E-cigarette Quit Intention among Adolescents in the United States,” examined data to determine factors for adolescents at various socio-ecological levels associated with their intention to quit using e-cigarettes.

APHA is a member organization that champions the health of all people and all communities, and influences federal policy to improve the public’s health. The Annual Meeting and Expo is attended by more than 10,000 public health professionals.
