Pastore wins Butler County Symphony competition

Taylor Pastore, a Slippery Rock University junior music education major from Canonsburg, was the 2024 winner of the Collegiate Concerto Competition, sponsored by the Butler County Symphony Association. To commemorate her win, Pastore will perform a flute piece titled Ballade by Albert Perilhou at The Butler County Symphony’s Mahler’s Titan concert, 7:30 p.m., March 22, at Butler Intermediate High School.
