The annual Thanksgiving dinner at Boozel Dining Hall Nov. 17 attracted more than 1,600 hungry Slippery Rock University students for a feast that featured roasted turkey breast, homemade cranberry ciabatta dressing, creamy mashed potatoes, lemon-maple roasted sweet potatoes, sweet corn, green bean casserole, creamy salmon pasta toss, assorted breads, pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll and carrot cake cupcakes.
